  1. How do I complete and submit an MBE Services draft application?

Under "Login", please enter your email and password. Please use the same email address you used to create your account. After logging in, click your ID number under "My Applications" to complete your certification application.

  1. What are MBE Services?

MBE Services is a subscription-based service that allows minority entrepreneurs, micro-businesses, and small businesses to subscribe to additional business and opportunity services offered by the regional minority supplier development council (MSDC). By subscribing, you can access key benefits, discounts, and features based on the selected subscription designation.

  1. How do I sign up?

To sign up, simply click here to determine the council within your location, click the "Sign Up Now" button, and follow the application instructions. You'll need to provide some basic information and choose your subscription plan.

  1. What subscription plans are available?

We provide Subscription services for Students, Listed, and Registered users, tailored to your business entity's minority ownership percentage and post-secondary education enrollment. Each subscription is offered in both monthly and annual plans, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

  1. What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are managed with PayPal Subscriptions. Within your PayPal account, you can choose to use any connected account, such as a credit card, debit card, bank account, etc.

  1. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use PayPal's secure application program integration (API) and adhere to strict industry security standards.

  1. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to the "Subscription" section, and follow the cancellation instructions. You may also cancel your subscription via PayPal. Please note that cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. How do I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your MBE Services subscription plan from your account settings anytime. The changes will begin at the start of the next billing cycle.

  1. What happens if my payment cannot be collected?

If your payment cannot be completed successfully, you will receive an email notification requesting that you update your payment information. The subscription service will attempt to process the payment a second time. If the payment is still unsuccessful, your subscription will be canceled. Once your account is canceled, you will need to reapply.
To avoid service interruptions, please update and maintain your payment information.

  1. Is there a free trial available?

We don't offer a free trial, but you will not be charged for the selected subscription until your application is approved.

  1. How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and going to the "Subscription" section. You can also manage your subscription from your PayPal account. Here, you can update your payment details, change your subscription plan, and view your billing history.

  1. I’m an MSDC Certified MBE. Do I need to create a new login to access MBE Services?

Yes, you will need to create a new login.  The MBE Services Platform is a subscription-based service that provides Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) with access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and resources. This platform is not for MBE certification. If your business is already a Certified MBE, you will need to create an account on this platform to explore and take advantage of the available MBE Services.
